Couldn´t sleep last night. I know it was bad because I dreamed I couldn´t sleep and had to get up (I HATE when that happens).
Japanese class was frustrating this morning, but I guess that is what I get for not studying because I had to work... and I´m not happy with the concept of being Internetless for a whole week (the new modem *should* arrive next monday). Good news is: it´s gonna be faster... and I cancelled the extra modem after going through a little trouble.
My bad and chest hurt, probably due to the fact I was tossing and turning all night - but I think it doesn´t help that my last meal was a couple of sandwiches last night. Since then, I only drank two glasses of water. From today on, our restaurant inside the company now is only open til 3:30pm and doesn´t deliver to our tables anymore - so I will need to pull a caveman and fend for my lunch if I want anything. Not exactly exciting, especially seeing as mondays are usually busy days AND the navigation bar on the site simply disappeared into thin air. Still trying to fix that.
I hope I get a chance to talk to Melissa. It´s been the saving grace of the last few days.

Well, pack a lunch and a couple snacks. Were I there, that is what I'd be doing. It's what I do to save money, eating out all the time just means one of two things 1. spend money you didn't need to (food is usually overpriced) 2.Eat junk because your starving and desparate.
You have a fridge at work...use it. We have a maid...put her to work. Ask her to make "salad" and put it in a bowl ready to go. Make a salad and put lettuce, tomatoes, crumbled boiled egg (or sliced), some onion, and either some sliced ham, turky, or crumbled bacon and some shredded cheddar or crumbled gorgonzola. If you put some pepper on it, you won't even need salad dressing...of course you can put some if you want, but I'd put it in a separate container. Carry some unsalted peanuts with you for when you get the munchies, and bring an apple to work. If you don't like "eating" an apple because it's not easy to work with an apple and juice and all that, then ask the maid to cut some apples into slices and leave them to soak in LIME water so they don't turn brown. Place in tupperware container in fridge. you can just grab a baggy of what you want (though I would blot them dry a bit otherwise they get slimey.) Just ask the maid to help "prepare" in advance during the week and you'll be fine. Bring a water bottle with you to work so that you drink enough water and stay hydrated. If it's by your desk your more likely to drink it. When possible drink cold icy water...(just becareful not to go jumping around a lot after that if you had an empty stomach cause it will make you feel sick.) Make sure you eat SOMETHING every 3 to 5 hours. Really. Your body will thank you. It will also make it easier for when I come back and make you do it anyway. Help me make the lifestyle change by you changing yourself a bit first too.
Okay, done with my mother hen bit about food and eating lunch. On to sleeping.
In one of the drawers on my side of the bed there should be a wicker basket with essential oils. Use the lavender, melissa and rose and mix with water and put in a spray bottle. Mist the pillows with it before you sleep. If too much is really in your mind go play with the cats or write it down. Vivi is nice to talk to (when she's awake) the worst part is trying to calm down when you're stressed. Draw circles on my side of the bed...concentrate on your breathing, make sure it's not too hot (turn on the fan or change the blankets/your pjs) remember that whole muscle tensing thing I showed you. *kiss*
Remember I'm an hour behind you so you can call if it's not TOO late (midnight is a good cut off point...1 Am your time) I know that you usually go to bed after that...but maybe you should change that. Wake up earlier and do some of your work in the morning instead of staying awake so late. Okay. Done with mommy mel.
Love you.
